I like that you can set up rules to trigger notifications, as well as be able filter them by priority level (High or Low).
It's also easy for someone who isn't technical with computers/IT stuff etc.,to manage it all from their end! There is nothing really i dislike about sentinel in my opinion but would say if there was one thing - maybe more customization options? Maybe even make an app so they could create some of those themselves which then syncs back automatically when changes are made via API / server-side code?! That might help solve this issue :) Overall great tool!! We use Sentinel at work because its very useful having access information such alerts regarding critical risks within our infrastructure system without needing IT support every time something happens!
