I've had this belt for about two years now and I'm liking it less and less. As many other people have pointed out, at 1.75 feet it's too wide. You might have better luck with the 1.5-inch version. It even fits on trousers to thread it through the loops, I have to think too long before drinking my morning coffee. What no one seems to have pointed out is the "combat buckle". The belt is very long so you need to cut it and then solder the end with a lighter. At the end, a strip of melted nylon remains. The combat buckle does not cope well with this thicker ball. After figuring out the belt loops I have to fiddle with the buckle. I learned to take my pants off without unbuckling my belt to avoid irritation. I like the belt. It is smooth and does not lose shape. But it's too wide and stiff to zip up. When I get back to the States I'll try to find something similar but slimmer and with a better buckle.
