If you spend that amount on KVM, you know you're changing

TL;DR: It works! Does exactly what it promises. Cheap. Be aware that the picture quality isn't very good, so not recommended for people who don't work with visuals or don't care about ideal game situations. Pandemic. If you're like me, you want your work computer and home computer to be separate, but still use the same keyboard, mouse, and more on both computers. Type: KVM switch. It works? Absolutely. If you're not looking for fancy settings on your monitor and just need to do basic tasks, perhaps playing a simple game from time to time is ideal. I have a keyboard, mouse, webcam and microphone connected to KVM and they show up on each computer and work fine. As for keyboard and mouse lag, that was once, so (knock on wood) it won't be an issue in the future. Biggest downside: image quality. It's not great. I have a huge monitor and the color balance is completely out of whack when using KVM. It took a lot of fiddling to get it where it's tolerable. The thing is, I use my work computer for spreadsheets and email. I use my home computer to surf the web, watch YouTube videos, and occasionally play games that don't require anything special. I do not care. I just want to be able to switch between them and keep in touch with them. And let's be realistic, if you really cared about getting a perfectly accurate KVM, you wouldn't be looking at it. You see the price. You know what you're getting yourself into. I knew what I was getting myself into. If you want something that just works and doesn't care about being absolutely perfect, this is your box.
