    Wireless mouse won't fit adapter

    I bought this for a friend who is paraplegic and set it up so he could switch between his work and home computer. The ability to use the keys on the keyboard allows him to switch within his limits. The first thing I found out was that the mouse's USB port wasn't accepting his wireless Kensington mouse.     Patented HDMI suitable for computers and accessories

    The switch itself works well. personal computer The other end is just an HDMI that plugs into the switch. The cable is only 5 meters long. I wanted to run this cable about 8 feet. So I bought an HDMI adapter and a 3ft HDMI cable, thinking it would give me the extension I needed. It did not work.     Works great for KVM switches

    *Disclaimer* I run a 3 monitor setup and this particular model is a 2 monitor setup. I could get a 3 monitor model but I'm cheap and didn't want to buy an extra VGA to HDMI converter. Due to the coronavirus I have had to work full time from home for the last few months and needed a solution to use my desktop computer for gaming at night as well as the ability to plug in a laptop dock for work during the day.     Broken after 1 month of use

    One of the HDMI output ports was finicky after about 3 weeks of use and after a bit of fiddling with cables and connectors it started working again so I don't think too much about it. Fast forward another month and now that same HDMI port is completely dead. Doesn't output anything.     More problems than good, and that's a lot for $120

    $120 terrible product. KVM switches at this price should be bulletproof. At least once a day when I wake up the PC connected to #1, the keyboard and mouse don't work. It's not the PC's fault, I've tried restarting, shutting down and completely unplugging the USB cable from the back. No, the KVM switch needs to be reset.     No longer works for computers and accessories

    Bought this KVM switch in April 2020. Worked fine until August 2020 when one of the computers I attached to the switch (let's call it Computer A) stopped receiving signals from the attached keyboard.     Sleep problems and annoying user interface

    My HP 24ea left monitor would not go to sleep when connected to this KVM unless I flipped the switch to port 2, laptop dock and the laptop was unplugged.     UPDATE: I had to search a little to get a reliable contact with CKL support but once I managed to do it they reassured me that my warranty was up to a year and they helped me via E-mail the troubleshooting until the problem was resolved. decided.
