2 issues I had: 1 - when it arrived the leather looked a little worn due to the lack of bubble wrap or similar on arrival - something else for protection, and 2 - the straps are too big to be worn strapless so when fully buckled you will look like a boxer. Plus I got so many compliments on how amazing they look. It's good to see a black-owned footwear company gaining momentum.
