My birds liked it very much, so the rating is not about the service, not about the quality. I have 2 parrots who really enjoyed chewing on the loose ends of the rope. Unfortunately one of my parrots got a paw caught on the rope. That should have happened at night. I opened the cage in the morning and he was caught. His leg was tied so tight it looked like a tourniquet. There was no redemption. Now he only has one leg and it breaks my heart how he was able to fight. Please do not use them or cut the ends of the rope. They also do them without loose rope ends. It's sad that a toy meant for fun turned out to be dangerous.
