There may be defective parts.
Order two sets for a dual fan system. Upon installation, I found that one set was defective. One of the straps was broken in the package. Very disappointing to discover during installation. Upon further investigation, I found that the broken bracelet was fragile. Broken when bent. I had to make a replacement out of other used parts. I just keep the rest of the parts on my fans with no problems.
