Just a warning to anyone who has never used an automatic feeder. CHECK performance before adding to your tank. I didn't think about it and opened the small door all the way. Then he started dripping about 5 tablespoons of food into my tank. What a mess. Luckily I was standing there and was able to react quickly. So check that first and then so you always know where to open the feed door. I used a permanent marker so I always know how open it should be. It works well. Customer service is great and the item arrived quickly with no damage. Highly recommended.
