This comes in vacuum packed packages. The first two packages are easy to open, and there's enough space on the vacuum sealed bags that you can open those with scissors without losing any fluff.I used this to replace some missing stuffing on a bear that belongs to my youngest. The leg had torn and lost all the stuffing in it. This was easy to pull off the main body of fluff and pack the bear's leg. My second oldest also used some of this to add stuffing to a birthday gift that was flattened in shipment.We're all very satisfied with this product.
