When my tortilla maker arrived it was double bagged and securely fastened. There was no damage during transport. Although the manual is in Spanish, I was only able to set it up by looking at the photos in the guide. I used a YouTube video to learn how to prepare corn roe for consumption. After the masa was mixed properly and allowed to sit for about 30 minutes, I placed the masa in the right spot to serve on top and started twisting the handle. The tortillas were a bit thicker than I wanted, but I found it easy to adjust the thickness by turning the two rear adjustment screws on the back of the unit, which brought the rolls closer together. To my delight, the machine worked great and within 30 minutes I had baked over two dozen perfectly shaped flatbreads. The tortillas were made into a family favorite - tacos! You were amazing!
