Gives you a little boost.

breasts after birth are a sensitive issue for me. I was never wealthy but after having kids I literally shrank to an A cup. Very sad as I had to get a whole new bra. But I really didn't want to invest in completely new swimwear, so it worked out. They stayed with my first use. I haven't run or fully submerged in water so I can't confirm how well they perform when fully active. I actually forgot I was using them (worn about 6 hours) until I took off my suit so they met the comfort criteria exactly.
