followed instructions as written. When I tried restarting my computer to make sure it was working, it said the hard drive would not boot. Asked the supplier who in turn went to the programmer to make sure it actually worked. I got some of the programmer's hints, but not all, and haven't heard anything since. To me, this means that I'm not satisfied or not sure that the entire drive was actually erased. The instructions were easy enough and I liked the fact that it was on a USB stick so upvotes for that but without knowing if it REALLY worked I can't give a more positive review.
