I love how easy it was to set up my account, make changes as needed or if there were any issues with payment processing. We didn't have any problems but we also haven't launched yet! Give them some time once they do launch then let us know what you think of the product. The customer service has been great throughout this process so far, so keep at it and don't give up!! It's really not worth being discouraged by the amount it takes to get things going, just hang in there because when your ready to go live everything will run smoothely. Wingz is a great tool to help us create and manage our loyalty programs. The platform is very easy to use and has a great customer service. Their team is very helpful and always willing to assist you in any way they can. The platform is quite expensive and requires a good deal of upfront capital. I would recommend it to those who are looking for a good tool to manage their loyalty programs. We are able to create and manage our loyalty programs with ease.
