Review on πŸ’‘ RGEEK 250W Peak Output 24pin DC ATX PSU, 12V DC Input, Switched DC-DC ATX Pico PSU for Mini ITX PC Power by Marfel Fekete

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Satisfied so far, cautiously optimistic

I bought this device to build a Mini-ITX HTPC in a small Mini-ITX case. The housing is so small that no conventional power supply can be installed in it. I never knew about this style of PSU until I saw it on YouTube. Everything seems to be good in terms of quality. It's spartan. It's just an electronics board. she is short The motherboard I used required low profile RAM to match the power cables of this PSU since it is located in the ATX power connector on your motherboard. It would have been better if the 12V power supplies and peripherals were oriented towards the sides of the PC rather than protruding outwards. However, it seems to be working for now. It glows blue when it's on, which looks cool. If it lasts long, great. Again, it's spartan, which makes me think, perhaps unfairly, that it's low quality. I'm cautiously optimistic that it will last. Again, I am concerned that I have never used this type of product before. My build uses an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G processor. You need a 12V DC power adapter to use it. I also found a 240w 12v outlet on the Revain. I wander. In short if it lasts then it works as it should and am very happy with this purchase so far.

Pros
  • Good workmanship
Cons
  • Everything is fine
