I used to be happy with this product. It laid down easily and was a good color for me. The brunette was a nice dark brown and didn't blush against my skin. The dark brunette was too dark and looked tough on me (for reference, I'm a middle-aged Asian with a medium tone). However, parts of the last two I received fall apart when you remove the caps. It happened to a pencil and I just assumed it was an accident. This has now happened to another pencil so looks like a trend. I tried sticking on and it worked, but I don't think you need to stick on an eyebrow pencil. It is extremely annoying to recompose the eyebrow pencil every day. But the worst part was when the pieces came apart, I realized how little product was in each pencil. The price seemed reasonable until I saw how little each pencil contained. I can look for an alternative. UPDATE: I kept buying these as I didn't take the time to find an alternative product. This time the package arrived with the end of the plastic wrapping open, allowing the pen to slide freely through the shipping carton. The slip didn't bother me, but the hygiene did. With a product that I apply to my face near my eyes, I don't want to risk contamination. upset.
