The best thing about this system for me was being able to make changes in real-time without having someone else's approval or waiting days until I could get it approved by another person! It can be very confusing at first but once your familiar with how everything works - its great!! You have complete control over what happens when something goes wrong like an incorrect price etc..
Also they are always willing/able to work around any issues we may encounter during our trip which makes things easier as well. Not much really since there isn't anything i dislike so far other than maybe some of their support staff not knowing exactly who should handle certain tasks (i think all departments need more training). We use them mainly because most ferries require advance booking before arriving into port unless you know somebody working within one of these companies.
