buyer beware! This microwave overheats on the outside if used for more than 5 minutes, when I was cooking a baked potato it got so hot it shut off! I contacted the seller and they said it was due to overuse and refunded me $10! REALLY? Obviously RCA no longer supports their products! Don't buy these, move on to the next red microwave! For more information on this issue please contact a technician as we cannot identify the issue from reports alone. We're giving you a $9 discount on this issue.
