Purse seems fine. It was the right size, all the zippers worked well and I liked the number of pockets. The inner pockets tended to open when there was something in them, so I only used the zippered ones. Then the loop holding the shoulder strap broke. I've been using the bag daily for less than two months. I never overloaded it. The seams just came undone while walking. I don't get another.
