The best online customer service experience I have ever had. The first computer they sent I had trouble verifying the Microsoft OS. I called tech support and immediately found someone to speak to. No stress. They paid for the return shipping and I didn't receive the replacement computer until two days after I returned the first one. Absolutely no problems with the computer I've received so far. It's quiet, fairly fast, has plenty of USB ports, decent games (although I'd suggest upgrading if you're a serious gamer) and great value for money. The most important thing for me was excellent customer service.
