It's not very good on its own
No matter how I try to tighten it, a piece you adjust and push the soap into the movements. I eventually replaced this piece with a larger piece of wood and screwed it down so it was no longer adjustable, but at least it worked. Also, don't trust the measurements on it. Also, it only works really well with a straight cutter.
