Not full 24 " actually 23.6 " (600mm)

I thought my first set was defective because when I measured it it wasn't 24" (closed or extended). So I went back to get a replacement but the box even says it's only 600mm when the website says it's closer to 610mm. Unfortunately, I needed the full 24 inches for my project. I will order another set
