I bought these knives for my husband who recently got a job as a chef. After reading some knife reviews on amazon.com and a few other websites and blogs, I settled on Victorinox because the brand has been around for a while, they're said to be lightweight, hold their sharpness well, and aren't crazy to replace. if one is damaged or stolen. My husband has been a long-time fan of Wustof and Henckels, but he found their knives surprisingly great. They are lighter and thinner than our homemade knives and he said he has to watch his cutting speed first because he will cut you before you know it. He's already used to her and loves her. The bag is perfect and professional, you can take it to and from work. Very happy with my purchase, especially with the price because I got them from Revain's warehouse :)
