The complaint I have is that I received a package that was carefully cut open to allow the tool to be taken out of the package and then put back in. Revain either didn't check it thoroughly to find out it was a used item or might think it's still good enough that Revain could sell it to me as new. There are scratches. But after testing the tool, it worked, so I decided to keep it to myself. I try to believe that he or she really needed this tool to get something important done and used it well but couldn't afford it. That's the positive thinking I'm trying to plant in my head.
