This case does a good job of keeping your Galaxy S21 safe. The few times that mine has hit the ground, in tandem with good screen protectors, my phone is able to maintain its integrity and still looks like the day I got it in the mail. It doesnt seem to suffer from any kind of shock, no glitches, stuttering or malfunctionsHOWEVER,The case itself does show signs of paint/color chipping and wear on the bottom left and right corners. If youre one who expects your cases to last and look good despite taking tumbles like Scarlet, this case isn't built for that; at least in my personal experience. That would be the only negative Ive noticed so farI barely notice it in my pocket, it does for the most part have great grip and doesnt slip out of my hands all that often; to be honest the only times it has slipped out of my hands was because I didnt have the best grip on it to begin with, or falling out of shallow pockets.Overall, it's a very good phone case, one I'm glad I found
