Review on Kyocera CSN 202 GR Slicer Ceramic Mandoline by Jim Case

I love it: very sharp, ceramic blade stays sharp enough, lightweight and easy to use. Fur: I prefer mandolins that are more stable on the counter, but they usually cost a lot more and it gets the job done if I'm careful. Dislikes: While the handle is great, a case with it would be just as valuable as it's difficult to pack. I'm afraid of breaking a blade in a box, damaging other items with a blade, and accidentally cutting myself by taking something out of a box. It looks like a piece of plastic that snaps into place on either side would be very handy for both protecting the blade and catching thrown items.
