This is a really comfortable chair. The assembly took about 20 minutes, all very easy. You need to connect exactly 7 screws. Excellent quality chair. Very comfortable, really there is a developed lumbar support. The rear mesh panel can be expanded to increase back pressure when needed. I need this when I work, so this will be a welcome feature. This is easily adjusted with a small lever on the right hand. The backrest also reclines separately from the seat, allowing you to adjust the chair in a variety of ways until you find the right fit for you. I'm 5ft 5in and have found that the lowest position of the chair is about the height that I can sit comfortably. I like to sit with my knees higher than my hips and I can't sit like that in this chair without a footstool. However, my husband, who is about 6 inches tall, finds it perfectly comfortable and upon testing it immediately moved the chair to a higher position. This is a well-made, beautiful office chair. I would find it more comfortable if it could go an inch lower, but I still find it very comfortable. I use a footrest and work comfortably all day. It's a high-end chair and don't be fooled by the fact that it's a Revain brand. Over the years we have had several chairs in the $200-$300 price range and the quality of this chair is superior to the others.
