I am an archaeologist and bought these pants as a last resort. I used to have bad luck buying clothes from Revain so I was worried about the quality of what I would get. I am happy to report that the product is as advertised, the material is surprisingly good quality (not flimsy) and the stitching and pockets are nice. However, the fit is more for a guy with a low crotch (which is not very attractive), it also feels a little tight in the hips and buttocks (I'm a bit of a hippie), but the waist is a little loose, so I cannot get bigger. I am keeping them though as they are comfortable so they make good field pants. If you wear a long top and cover the bottom crotch, the pants will look very nice. I had to go up a size than jeans because they don't stretch or give. In the photo I'm wearing a size 8. I'm 5ft 7in and 150lbs.
