We had trouble finding a food processor in stock anywhere. We bought a huge one because we wanted a cube and spiral attachment but it was so hard to figure out how to put it all together to make it work and we returned it. So while we waited for more food processors to come back, we bought these to speed up the grating. I never expected something made out of plastic to be strong enough to stay on the countertop, but the adhesion factor is excellent! The grating/slicing attachments cut very cleanly and are very easy to clean. No food seems to get stuck anywhere. It's not difficult to twist your hand to work. I used a large grater to cut the zucchini into chunks and they came out just like they did in the spiralizer. Much easier to clean than a food processor so I wonder if we'll ever get one! This is a great product!
