Neck Pain No More: my feedback

This replaces the same item I got as a gift that I over heated the first in my Microwave. What a mess, my fault, DO NOT OVER HEAT THIS ITEM,(follow directions) it will degraded the covering, thus releasing, and I am not kidding, thousands of sand-like pellets everywhere. You will be cleaning that mess up for weeks. Other than that, it is a great item. If you have neck pain, this item works great. Wet or dry, you will figure out which is better, this will help relieve your pain. When taking a treatment, it is a good idea to stay near your Microwave, because you may need to re-heat the item more than once
