Disapointed, but now satisfied
I was disappointed to see the hoops I planned to use as gifts still had blue protective tape bolted to the hoops, which was difficult to remove. But upon hearing the problem, the company has refunded my cost and plan to inform their production dept to make sure the hoops are properly finished with the tape removed prior to assembling them. Future purchases should be much better.
- Love the size and the price was great
- The hoop can be uncomfortable to hold during long embroidery sessions, due to the hardness of the bamboo material
