Something you didn't know you needed.
I love my HP computer. I liked the last one before but after 7 years the hard drive started clicking so I knew it was time to take it back and attack. So I wanted to put a new hard drive in my new HP computer but obviously you need proprietary screws which you have to google to find out you actually need them to install your new drive. These screws did it. I installed a new hard drive and it works fine.
