Review on Cook Pro 561 4 Piece Roasting by Unm Weil

UPDATE. A year later I still love these pans. I use them all the time and they still shine, the handles hold up great and the shelves haven't lost their finish despite being cleaned many, many times. I bought them because they are stainless steel. My old braziers were aluminum. I had read that cooking aluminum could lead to Alzheimer's, so I didn't want to substitute aluminum for it. These pans are sturdy, the handles are a nice feature and I love the removable shelves. What I like best is that they are easy to clean. They have not lost their shine despite repeated use. They are also reasonably priced.
