Review on 🧲 Neodymium Magnet – An Essential for Magnetic Cruises by Michael Bressler

False Advertisement - LESS THAN 26 OZ CAPACITY!

Magnet size is about 5/8 inch. I attached it to a steel tool box, the frame of my utility trailer, and also attempted to attach it to my industrial steel shelving so no one could tell that the metal I was attaching it to was a problem. In the horizontal position, the seller states 8 pounds of holding power. I put 26 ounce lead weights on it and when I put the last 4 ounce weight on it it immediately fell off. I did it in all three places with the same result. I then placed the magnet in a vertical position as shown in the pictures and it has a holding force of 22lbs. bell on a cord. It also fell immediately. I didn't feel like wasting my time looking up the load/capacity limit, but if I had to guess it would be around 4-5 pounds in this orientation.

Pros
  • Magnet Hook
Cons
  • Drill Pack
