The printer jams badly. Apparently, the photo paper inside the printer begins to curl and then jams. It is very difficult to get the paper out. If you pull it out and then pull out the curl, it works again. Just having to do it over and over again isn't worth the trouble. I would send it back, unfortunately I bought it for a trip to Europe for my wife to post photos in her diary and it's not possible to return it. Great concept but bad Kodak results.
