I've been using the same mop for 10 years, because it has a washable head, I felt virtuous that I didn't throw away brooms and washcloths. Except it really didn't work that well. We have ceramic tile floors in our bathrooms and the damn thing was useless. I bought one of these fun little brooms because cat litter, dust and hair everywhere has been making me sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooocooooooooooooooocooooooooooooooooooo difficult. Things I like: Color. Long handle, no need to bend down. When I sweep a quiet room, it produces a smooth ASMR sound that's really aesthetically pleasing. Works very well. Like, it just really works. The best of EVER-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOOOOOOOOOO. And I'm not like that. For example, it's so nice to sweep up all the crap and then gently sweep it into a dustpan and then scrape all the huge balls of fur onto the comb and then take toilet paper and wipe the remaining dirt off the comb. I've never done this in my entire life, but I started cleaning the dustpan because I love it so much I want it to be clean. And it's STRANGE. The only downside is that the shovel is a bit finicky, so sticking the smoot in the shovel takes a bit of finesse. I liked it so much that I bought one for the top floor and one for the bottom. thin but not broken yet.
