Microfiber separates from inner foam
The outer material is very soft and looks like inferior microfiber. However, the product is not very rigid and the outer microfiber is not bonded to the inner foam. Both of these disadvantages result in the product clumping during use and only 3-4 strips of material making contact with the surface. It could be a lot better.
