Goes with zucchini but no more

I love spiralizing salads except it's awkward with my manual spiralizer. That's why I was so excited to try the electric spiralizer. I thought my dream will come true! Easy quick spirals! Not quite. The result was rather disappointing. I made spirals: cucumber, zucchini, sweet potato, radish, fennel. I added a photo so you can see the result. The only thing that worked really well was the zucchini, they were spinning like a dream. The sweet potato turned out fine except you have to cut it so hard to fit in the car that you end up wasting about half. The pickle curled up in a spiral, but the last 2.5 inches turned to a pulp and got stuck in the car. The radishes and fennel were a complete failure. So after all that, I had a spiral salad that was about a large serving after using all of those veggies. The main problem is that the pusher doesn't go all the way down, so it leaves a large chunk undercooked for anything other than zucchini, or just mashes everything like radishes and fennel. I was very disappointed with the car. If you basically just want zucchini, go for it, zucchini is great. The rest wasn't great. Be prepared that you will have many extra pieces to figure out what to do with.
