My daughter really wanted to be a vampire for Halloween and unfortunately everything is officially for boys when it comes to that. not a true reflection of the product, but it would certainly be nice if the company updated their product name to reflect both genders that may want to be vampires. The costume is cute enough for the price. The bat bow tie is a big, heavy bat - it came off nearly immediately and we had to glue it back on with some heavy duty glue to get through Halloween night. The vest and cape aren't sized quite right, so we had to use safety pins to hold the cape further over onto her shoulders and to raise the vest. The worst part of the design is just getting in and out of the costume since the cape is attached, to get it off for the bathroom means basically squeezing out of the costume and cape. It doesn't sound particularly complex here, but it definitely was when we realized it! Overall, it's a cute costume. It's clearly not super durable, but our daughter liked it and it lasted for the night.
