Review on 2.75-inch Pizza Cutter by Corey Slivinsky

This pizza cutter has been sitting in our utensil drawer for over 15 years and in our recent search for another pizza cutter I bought a well known brand tool from a major chain store. Received it home and upon closer inspection found the blade diameter was much larger than the Dexter blade which is 2 and 13/16 inches. The smaller diameter Dexter disc has always been adequate and efficient and is definitely a plus when it comes to storage in a drawer with many other items. Also, in terms of construction, there was no comparison. The chain store's pizza cutter became not made USA, and the cutter wheel axle was riveted compared to the Dexter wheel which is secured with a stainless steel bolt and nut, although I never had to replace the wheel. The product is worth its money.
