Great Implementation of Service desk solution - Easy and smooth experience

The system was easy for our staff members who are new at this type business process implementation because it has all needed features like documentation templates etc which makes them feel comfortable while using these tools.

I can say they have provided us with very good training support as well but still we need some improvement from their side regarding customer service or ticketing resolution time. We were able solve most issues through online chat feature so no phone calls required here if you find any problem during working hours then don't hesitate just call up! They help me resolve my issue within few minutes without wasting much precious moments waiting around when i am busy out there solving problems related to other customers' requests/issues.

Pros
  • Very fast response
  • Easy navigation in software environment
  • Support tickets resolved quickly too.
  • Helpful guidance available whenever ever requested by an end user (me)..just ask, your queries will be solved immediately!! :)
Cons
  • Still lot more improvements that could make users happy about how lean power works.
  • Some minor bugs sometimes appear alongwith usual operations
