I LOVE that this moisturizer contains lactic acid. Gently exfoliating really does seem to help get rid of baby pimples faster since those hard lumps need to come out of the skin. This is a great way to let them come out without scrubbing your baby's skin or picking out blackheads with tweezers. My son has had no reaction to this moisturizer and his skin seems to feel a lot better when we use it. Based on the ingredients, I would (and should) apply this to my face. I also like that there are 2 packs. I didn't want to climb a lot of stairs after my cesarean, so being able to have one upstairs and one downstairs helped a lot. This is really a good product.
