Tried a cartridge with all other OEMs. Printed a full color full page print and got lines on the print. I tried cleaning and aligning the head but the print still had lines. Went and got the OEM cartridge I needed and replaced the Penguine cartridge I had installed. Problem solved perfectly, even single color printing, no more lines. For the first time, don't use OEM cartridge to save money. waste of money. Save money and just accept a higher price for OEM cartridges. At least they work.
