Not waterproof! Bare copper wire.
This product is not advertised in the main image or title. It's bare copper wire with "fairy light" style LEDs that don't stick out at all like Christmas lights usually do or like the product photo. There is no clear plastic on the cable, except maybe a bit right next to the connector. They are not waterproof and certainly cannot be used outdoors. I'm very disappointed, save yourself the trouble if you're not actually looking for bare wire indoor lights.
- โWaterproof and Safeโ These bedroom wall lights (except for the power supply) are IP65 waterproof, so you don't have to worry about cable damage or short circuits. The lights stay cool, don't worry about overheating even if you run all night. However, note that the remote control and plug are not waterproof. Just keep them away from water.
