The main benefit I have seen is that it allows me to manage applicants quickly and efficiently without having direct contact with candidates throughout an interview stage of their application journey- i'm looking at this from my role managing multiple vacancies! This has enabled us (The team) to focus much more effectively our attention/focus towards interviews as opposed to phone screens or face to face meetings - thus increasing efficiency in terms both human hours & costs for myself personally! My only criticism would likely surround some difficulty when navigating around sections such as sourcing details as well as creating custom questions during initial qualification phases etc - however once mastered these are simple enough functions within any tool set so should not impede use if used properly by other members of HR Recruitment Team. We've been able to concentrate efforts onto those who genuinely present themselves best suited for roles advertised via CVs received through various stages e.g. first screeners then those invited past CV reviews / 1st Interviews for full assessment purposes. The ease of use, the ability to search for candidates and the ability to sort candidates in a variety of ways. The system has been easy to use and it has been helpful to have the ability to sort candidates by the most relevant criteria. I appreciate that the system has been easy to use and I have been able to find the candidates I am looking for. I have not found any particular problems with the system. I have been able to find candidates with the skills I am looking for.
