I bought a kit that said it came with a battery grip. I did not receive the handle. I can't send an email either, I have to call support. Inside the box there was an air bubble between the Canon box and the Revain box. So there was reason to worry about damage. The camera works, the lens is amazing. I want my grip Edit: May 14, 2020 This "set" is not a deal, it is a misleading advertisement. A battery grip is not included, although it is pictured for no reason. This kit is also listed for nearly $600 more than Canon USA's website, and you're getting the exact same hardware. Obviously it's my fault for not noticing it wasn't on the list. And they don't have a product description informing the full contents of this package. I literally spent about $700 more than I needed and will be returning this item for a kit that comes with what is advertised.
