I've just started using this headset (less than a day) and every customer I've spoken to has told me they can't hear me at all and that the echo is very bad. Nothing compares to spending money and getting an absolutely terrible quality product. They feel cheap, they don't cover your ears so there's no noise cancellation, the sound quality is weak and poor despite everything being played at maximum volume, and they don't even work for what they're designed for.
