Everything is fine, I liked the product, I bought it for a reason.
Its pros: The taste is not bad, not cloying, it works well, it is suitable for dropping, I used it instead of dinner, the muscles did not go away, but even grew with a deficit. Cons: At first, an unusual dense texture, especially after whey. Another price, since a large jar is not too affordable.
