When I first received my scarf I noticed it had a snag. After contacting the company and sending a photo of my scarf, they offered me a $5 credit I explained to them I was trying to wear this scarf to an event and I wanted it to last longer afterwards and not worry about snagging They replaced my scarf for free! not to mention the scarf is incredibly silky and beautiful looks exactly like the photo (i ordered blue and purple) because of the customer service, quality and price I will definitely be ordering from this company again!
