The customer support is outstanding! They are always willing go above & beyond for you without hesitation -- they truly care about their customers' happiness with them as well!! Their website has many features that help streamline our scheduling needs so it's easy when we have questions/concerns during busy times of year (holidays). I wish there were more options besides monthly payments available at this time in order not overwhelm us since most dogs don't need much per month but still want quality services each visit.
