number of cones included. How many stars can be made from these cones? I am not sure. The place marked "Valve" has no hole. You have to pierce thin plastic. You really have to thread a straw (not included - I only had one from another pack of foil balloons) through the "track" created for this purpose. THEN the valve patch barely seals - or at least you think so. You look away for a moment and the bumps are blown away - they don't stick. Fail.
